A moda dos sapatos brancos já é tão velha quanto este blogue (dez 2012).
Primeiro foram os stilettos brancos, mais tarde chegou a febre das sapatilhas ( que continua muito forte pelas ruas) e mais recentemente as botas brancas.
The white shoe trend is as old as this blog (dec 2012). First came white stilettos, later the white trainers scene arrived and is still going strong, and now there are white boots.

Eu acho-as sofisticadas e trazem muita frescura aos looks mais escuros, como podem ver nas imagens apresentadas pelos criadores.
They are really sophisticated and easily light up darker looks, as you can see in the photos I took from the runway.

Em termos práticos são uma peça bastante versátil, sendo o branco uma cor neutra que casa bem com todas as outras tonalidades.
Desafio, desafio será mantê-las em bom estado (e brancas!) pois infelizmente este tipo de calçado ainda não se lava na máquina...
As a neutral white boots can be a very versatile shoe, as they mix nicely with almost any colour.
The real challenge for me would be to keep them clean (and white!), as much as I know we can't throw them in the washing machine...

Em relação á variedade de opções de compra, achei a oferta fast fashion bastante tímida face a esta tendência. Será que as lojas consideraram as botas brancas demasiado futuristas?
I was expecting a lot more shopping options regarding this trend. Maybe fast fashion stores considered white boots too futuristic for their clients? What do you think?
